USA DELIVERIES

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is delivery to you within 3-5 working days of despatch date

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is delivery to you within 1-2 working days. For example, if you order on a Tuesday, you can expect delivery by Thursday. If you order on a Thursday, you can expect delivery by the following Monday. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you can expect delivery by the following Tuesday.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is delivery to you on the following working day. Make sure you place your order by 2.30pm. For example, if you order at 2pm on a Tuesday, expect our courier to attempt delivery on Wednesday. If you order before 2.30pm on a Friday, you’ll get your order on Monday. Any orders placed after 2.30pm Friday, and on a Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Parcel Tracking

If your order status says ‘Unfulfilled’, this means your order has not yet been despatched from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is sent to you.

When you receive your tracking code from us, keep an eye out for updates from our courier about the delivery time for your parcel.

Non-Delivered Items

If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address, or our courier returns your parcel to us because you don’t collect it after they leave a card with you, we will unfortunately have to charge you to send the item out to you a second time. This charge will vary according to the weight and value of your order.
